The girls that work there go above and beyond for the service users and I can't comment enough on how great they are. However the management are appalling, You can't go to them with your problems and if you do you het ignored, issues about staff/service users do not get deal with and they have favourites who can do what they please whilst working and an eye lid won't be battered. I would not return to work at this home and I lost certainly wouldn't have a member of my family in there. New management of whom works with the carers and not against them and maybe it would be a good home.
- Chris Husband Review added: 2018.02.04★ ★ ★ ★ ★The staff here are brilliant. My mum and dad have settled in here really well. It is like they are living in a high class hotel. But it is the staff and management who make this place great.
